We will fulfill that mission by aligning the interest of job seekers and employers better, and less costly, than any other website. 

At jobCogs we believe in the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.  We promote this balance by providing quality of life search categories such as flexible hours, child care provided, domestic partnership insurance, friendly bosses and dozens of other quality of life categories. 

In addition to quality of life job searches, job seekers can post their resumes to jobCogs for free.  We created a special area where job seekers can express themselves through words or pictures.  Job seekers can also use this area to explain special circumstances such as gaps in employment or provide a sample of their work. Our resume posting service brings life into the typical lifeless resume. 

Where did the name jobCogs come from?

The American Heritage Dictionary defines a cog as “a subordinate member of an organization who performs necessary but usually minor or routine functions”. Our slogan is “we are more than jobCogs”.
